State of Adolescent Sexual Health in
Colorado -

Every four hours a baby is born to a Colorado teen
between 15 and 17 years
old.
30% of Colorado students engaging in
sexual activity reported they did not use a condom the
last time they had sexual intercourse.
COAPPP is dedicated to
providing the most accurate, succinct, and up to date
information possible on adolescent pregnancy, births,
and sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV. If
you would like specific data or research on your youth

ssainer@coappp.org. COAPPP uses data provided by
the State of Colorado agencies including the Colorado
Department of Public Health and Environment, the US
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and National
Institutes of Health.
